On Hydra, all users are part of an organization. An organization is automatically created for you during onboarding. You can invite your team members to share access to your organization’s projects.

Inviting Members

  1. Navigate to the Access section of the Organization section, listed at the bottom of the left navigation bar in the Hydra dashboard. Once in the Access section, select Invite Member.
  2. Enter the email address of the teammate you’d like to add to the organization.
  3. The invited member will receive an invitation email to the organization. Once the invitation is accepted, the member will gain access to the team’s Hydra databases. You can remove any member from the team any time.

Creating additional organizations

Creating multiple organizations within a single account is limited to Hydra Business plans only.
When creating an account an organization is automatically generated. Hydra platform can support multiple teams / accounts per user. Select the top left of the page (displayed in the image below) to switch between teams and create additional ones. Each organization can have it’s own distinct set of users, which is managed in the Access tab.

Permissions

All members of the org have identical access to all parts of the org. The owner of the org is the original creator of the org, and is used for some notifications. If you need to change the owner of the team, please contact support.
