Hydra is a realtime multistore database (DBMS) for online transaction processing (OLTP) and online analytical processing (OLAP). We make it easy to ship sub-second analytics on live transactions and events by eliminating data movement and transformation (ETL) between the transactional rowstore and analytical columnstore.

It’s available as both open source software and a managed cloud offering. The current version is v0.2.0.

Every Hydra project is built on a fully managed Postgres database with realtime analytical processing and backed by bottomless, globally distributed object storage.
